The subject of this tender is the cleaning, upkeep and maintenance of public gardens and soft areas in Ħal Balzan using environmentally friendly products and practices. The place of acceptance of the services shall be Ħal Balzan, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be four (4) years.
